Breast cancer begins when breast cells become uncontrollable. These cells usually form a tumor that is often seen on an x-ray, or you can feel a mass. The tumor is malignant (cancer) cells can grow when the tissue (penetrating) or spread (metastases) surrounds in the distant area of the body. Breast cancer occurs almost exclusively in women, but men can also get breast cancer.

Where Breast Cancer Begins
Breast cancer can start in different parts of the breast. Most types of breast cancer start in ducts that carry milk to the nipples (ductal cancers). Some start in the glands that produce breast milk (lobular cancers). There are also other types of breast cancer that are less common.
A small number of cancers start in other breast tissues. These cancers are called sarcomas and lymphomas and do not really count as breast cancer.
Although many types of breasts can cause a lump in the chest, not everyone does it. Many mammary carcinomas are detected in a mammogram. Screening can detect cancer at an early stage, often before they feel and before symptoms appear. There are other symptoms of breast cancer that you should monitor and inform a health care provider.
It is also important to understand that most breast lumps are benign and non-cancerous (malignant). Non-cancerous breast tumors are abnormal growths but do not spread outside the breast and are not life-threatening. But some benign breast lumps can increase the risk of breast cancer in a woman. Any change in weight or breast should be checked by a health professional to determine if it is benign or malignant (cancer) and could affect your risk of future cancer.
How Breast cancer spreads
Breast cancer can spread when cancer cells enter the bloodstream or the lymphatic system and are transported to other parts of the body.
The lymphatic system is a network of nodes (or nodes) of the vessels found throughout the body and connects the lymph nodes (small collections of cells of the immune system, shaped like beans). The clear liquid in the lymphatic vessels, the lymph node tissue, the side and the waste as well as the immune cells. Lymphatics extract lymphatic fluid from the breast. In the case of breast cancer, cancer cells can enter these lymphatic vessels and begin to develop in the lymph nodes. Most lymphatic vessels in the chest tube:
• Lymph nodes under the arm (axillary lymph nodes)
• Lymph nodes around the clavicle (supra-lymphatic (above the clavicle) and infraclavicular [under the clavicle])
• Lymph nodes in the chest near the sternum (internal lymph nodes of the breast)
Cause of breast cancer
A link between breast cancer and hormones is clear. Researchers believe that the greater burden a woman has on the estrogen hormone is more sensitive to breast cancer. Estrogen tells the cells to divide; the more cells divide, the more likely they are to be abnormal or even malignant. The exposure of a woman’s estrogen and progesterone increases and decreases over the course of life, influenced by age begins and stops menstruating the average of their menstrual cycle and age at first delivery time. The risk of a woman who increases breast cancer if she starts menstruating 12 years ago stopped her first child after the 30th after 55 years of menstruation or a menstrual cycle of varying lengths of 26 to 29 days on average. Women taking the pill in the recent past may have a slightly increased risk of developing breast cancer. This risk will disappear if you have not taken an antibiotic for at least 10 years. Some studies suggest that combined estrogen and progestin use for menopausal hormone replacement therapy may increase risk, especially if it lasts more than five years. However, the jury still deals with this issue. High doses of radiotherapy may also be a factor, but low dose mammograms are almost harmless.
What treatments are used for breast cancer?
There are different ways to treat breast cancer, depending on the type and stage.
Local Treatments: Some treatments are local, which means that they treat the tumor without affecting the rest of the body. The types of local therapy used for breast cancer are:
Systemic Treatments: Drugs for the treatment of breast cancer are considered as systemic treatments because they reach almost all parts of the body in cancer cells. They can be administered orally or directly into the bloodstream. Depending on the type of breast cancer, various types of pharmacological treatments may be used, including:
• Hormone therapy
• Targeted therapy
Many women receive more than one type of treatment for their cancer.
Alkaline water is said to help counter acid in the blood. It is assumed that drinking water with a higher pH can boost your metabolism and improve your body’s ability to absorb important nutrients. But you should drink a certain amount of water for keeping well.
Some believe that it will deprive the cancer cells that are in your body because cancer cells grow in an acidic environment. It is said that the introduction of certain alkalis slows down or stops the growth of cancer by balancing the pH of the body.
In general, alkaline water can have a moisturizing effect on your body. It can also improve the symptoms of acid reflux.
